My names Jamie & I have been in the Catering & Hospitality industry for over 12 years. I have worked in many different establishments from pubs that serve homely wholesome food to a busy ski resort in France. I then became the Head Pastry chef of a well established hotel in Eastbourne that served a full a la carte menu, it was during my time spent here that I really began to enjoy experimenting with new ideas and creating mouth watering desserts for the hotel guests to enjoy.
After having our daughter in 2017 I realised that unfortunately no matter how much I enjoyed the industry, Catering & Hospitality hours where not something that suited a sleepless newborn. I decided to leave the hotel and pursue a career in Bricklaying (Complete opposite scale of the spectrum, I know) however the hours suited my family life and things where running smoothly. I still baked for family & friends sometimes but really missed the enjoyment I got from creating a delicious dessert! So, I decided to start ‘Pudding by Post’ as who doesn’t love pudding? Especially pudding that is baked fresh and delivered to your doorstep! Everything I bake is taste tested by my biggest critique & hand delivered by myself/my partner, you really are buying into a little family business!
I am registered with the Local Authorities and fully insured. I also hold a Level 2 food hygiene & safety certificate.
